1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of getfukami.com (the "website"), operated by Fukami Thailand ("Fukami", "we", "us"), Noble Around 33, Sukhumvit Soi 33, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. Email: hello@getfukami.com.

By using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

2. Pre-launch

Fukami Saku Saku is not on sale yet. We are preparing its launch in Thailand and use this website to present the product and learn what people expect from it.

• We do not accept orders or payments at this stage. Clicking "Buy now" does not create an order, a sales contract or any obligation to pay.
• The payment methods shown on the website (PromptPay, TrueMoney Wallet, Visa, Mastercard and cash on delivery) are the methods we plan to offer at launch.
• When sales open, the price, payment, delivery and return conditions will be shown to you before you confirm any order.

3. Products and prices

Product images are illustrations. The final product and its packaging may differ. Formats, ingredients and prices shown on the website may change before launch. Prices are in Thai baht (THB).

Before eating the product, always read the ingredient and allergen information on the pack.

4. Questionnaire and free pack offer

• After clicking "Buy now", you can answer a short questionnaire. Taking part is optional.
• If you leave your email and tick the consent box, you can receive one free pack of Fukami Saku Saku when it launches.
• One free pack per person and per email address, for delivery addresses in Thailand only.
• At launch, we will email you to confirm your delivery address. If you do not reply within 30 days, the offer ends.
• The free pack has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• We may refuse duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries.
• If Fukami Saku Saku does not launch, we will tell you by email and the offer will end.

5. Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully. You must not:

• disrupt the website or try to access parts of it that are not public;
• use automated tools to submit the questionnaire or collect content;
• give false information or use someone else's email address.

6. Intellectual property

The Fukami and ซาคุซาคุ names, logos, packaging designs, texts and images on the website belong to Fukami Thailand or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse or modify them without our written permission.

7. Liability

We take care to keep the information on the website accurate. The website is provided as it is and may contain errors or be unavailable at times. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the website.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Thai law, including the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979).

8. Links to other websites

The website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Personal data

Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use your personal data.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version published when you use the website applies.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If you have a complaint, please write to us first so we can try to solve it. Any dispute that cannot be solved this way will be handled by the competent courts of Thailand.
